Thought maybe it was Nolan North, but I looked it up and of course it was Nathan Fillian (although coincidentally Nolan North is also in the game.) The game seems to have quite the voice cast, also! I recognised Buck's voice immediately, but couldn't place it.
The final hour or so was classic epic Halo, too. Really enjoyed this! It was an interesting way to tell a side-story, and despite the actual mission sections being far more interesting than wandering around the city between them, looking for the next item to progress the story, I thought the game was a lot of fun overall.
